TICKETING YOUR ALY ALEIGHA CHRISTMAS DINNER CONCERT

Thank you for partnering with us to bring this elegant event to your community!

We will sell tickets for the concert portion of the evening on Aly Aleigha’s website,
and you will charge patrons for the dinner either at the door or at their table, your preference.

Details:

In recognition of our mutual partnership, with the goal of bringing an elegant event to the community that both Venue & Artist can financially benefit from, Band will not charge Venue normal rate of $2,650.00 for entertainment services to the guests of the establishment for this agreed upon event. Likewise, Venue will not charge Band to perform in the space for this event.

To the mutual benefit of both parties, the ticket cost for the evening will be: $25 Band / $25 Venue. This way it keeps the ticket cost at $50 (We do not recommend increasing ticket price in order to keep ticket cost reasonable for guests). The band will need at least 200 guests at $25/ticket to equal their normal fee. The concert tickets will be sold on Aly Aleigha’s website and the dinner portion will be paid either at the door or individual tables.

Guests can purchase a full table to reserve priority seating / ensure seating together with their group. Otherwise, tickets will be open seating, so individual seats are filled at tables (guests purchasing “open seating” tickets cannot be guaranteed to sit together with their group).
