EVENT TIMELINE:

(Ideally Load-in & begin setup the night before)
9:30 a.m. - Setup (cont.) / Sound Check (with complexity of setup, band will need space until Doors Open)
4:30 p.m. - Doors Open // Dinner Meeting for band & event team (in private space or before doors open)
5 p.m. - Elegant Dinner Buffet, Drinks, etc. (for guests, organized by Client) - w/ house music
6:25 p.m. - Lights dim & house music fades to silence
6:30 p.m. - Christmas Concert
(~ 1.5 hr Concert with approx. 15-20 min Intermission to refill beverages, make announcements, etc.)
8:30pm - Event ends
