Family-friendly, date night, special night out for parishoners / community members

EVENT TIMELINE:

(Ideally Load-in & begin setup the night before)
9:30am - Setup (cont.) / Sound Check
4pm - Dinner Meeting for band / event team before doors open
4:30pm - Elegant Dinner Buffet, Drinks, etc. (for guests, organized by Client)
6:30pm - Quick Welcome by someone on your team
Christmas Concert (1.5 hrs)
1.5-2 hr Concert with approx. 15-20 min Intermission to refill beverages, make announcements, etc.
8:30pm - Event ends (followed by Optional Social with appetizers & beverages provided by client)
