CHRISTMAS CONCERT + ADVENT ADORATION
Host the event in your church or school auditorium! Perfect for transitioning into Adoration after the Concert. A nice option is to have a social following Adoration with appetizers, beverages, etc.
EVENT TIMELINE (with Adoration):
(Ideally Load-in & begin setup the night before)
9:30am - Setup (cont.) / Sound Check
4:30pm - Dinner Meeting for band / event team
5:30pm - Doors Open
6pm - Christmas Concert (1.5 hrs)
7:30pm - Intermission (10-15 min) to transition into Adoration
7:45pm - Advent Adoration begins (30 min)
8:20pm - Benediction
8:30pm - Event ends (followed by Optional Social with appetizers & beverages provided by client)
