CHRISTMAS CONCERT + ADVENT ADORATION
Host the event in your church or school auditorium! Perfect for transitioning into Adoration after the Concert.
A nice option is to have a social following Adoration with appetizers, beverages, etc.
EVENT TIMELINE (with Adoration):
(Ideally Load-in & begin setup the night before)
9:30 a.m. - Setup (cont.) / Sound Check (with complexity of setup, band will need space until Doors Open)
4:30 p.m. - Dinner Meeting for band / event team
5:30 p.m. - Doors Open
6:25 p.m. - Quick Welcome by someone on your team - or - lights dim & house music fades
6:30 p.m. Christmas Concert (1 hrs)
7:30 p.m. - Intermission (10-15 min) to transition into Adoration
7:45 p.m. - Advent Adoration begins (30 min)
8:20 p.m. - Benediction
8:30 p.m. - Event ends (followed by Optional Social with appetizers & beverages provided by client)
